🌻Sunflower Baby Blanket🌻

A couple of weeks ago a friend from way back contacted me to ask if I would be willing to crochet her soon to be granddaughter a baby blanket, of course I said YES! 😊

The baby is due in December 2022, so I had a little bit of time to get this done. I asked what theme/design she would like and she said Sunflowers 🌻 I was so excited by this, as sunflowers are a favourite of mine, so off I went and put pen to paper 📝 designing the blanket.

I decided on a granny square style, comprising of a sunflower square and a plain green square, joining them with white and a shell style border.

The end result I am very pleased with. What do you think?
